Rochelle Cole - CF Real Estate ServicesRochelle Cole is a Multi-site Property Manager with CF Real Estate Services, an Atlanta based multi-family real estate company. She has currently been with CF for the entirety of her property management career which began in 2015. After stumbling upon a Leasing position with Olivewood Apartments in Sterling Heights, Rochelle fell in love with the industry and being the middle person between prospects’ need for a new home, and happiness. She was soon promoted to Property Manager, and soon after Multi-site Manager.
Rochelle was introduced to the DMAA and its committees by Sheri Bretz from CORT Furniture. She was instantly enticed and joined the first committee she came across, the Communications Committee. Amongst her many contributions, she might be remembered from introducing the Communications Committee’s YouTube channel at the IREM/DMAA Breakfast Meeting. Rochelle’s drive and unique set of skills and strengths would make her a perfect fit for the DMAA, bringing a new prospective to the Board of Directors. |
Armeca Crawford - Detroit Housing CommissionArmeca Crawford serve as the Chief Operating Officer of Real Estate Management of Detroit Housing Commission's Low-Income Public Housing Program. Her main focus is to ensure that the Asset Management team, Regulatory Compliance team and Facilities Management team are working in harmony to deliver service and amazing experience for everyone that call one of our communities “home” or, is considering one of our communities for their next home. Armeca oversees DHC-owned and operated developments and undeveloped land, Third-party Management contracts, and Regulatory Compliance of privately-owned developments with Public Housing Units that are under an Annual Contribution Contact.
Armeca enjoys interacting with team members, engaging with business partners and connecting with residents. Armeca loves to explore new ways of improving the “DHC-experience” for both the residents and her team members. Armeca believes that a child's security starts with a stable home that is safe, decent, sanitary and is in good repair, followed by the accessibility of resources to help broaden the child’s innovation and imagination. She want to help expand the DHC's housing footprint in an effort to reach and house as many families as possible. DHC is undergoing an exciting transformation to expand its footprint across the region and she's honored to be a part of the transformation. Armeca holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting, MI Real Estate License, TaCCs, HCCP and COS-P housing designations. |
Joanne Giacomantonio - Amp ResidentialPosition: Director of Marketing
Years in Industry: 25 Activity/service in Associations: DMAA Communications Committee, PMAWM Glastar Committee, NALP Certified Trainer A short statement on why you would be a good fit for the DMAA: I have been involved with the DMAA for most of my property management career through committees, attending events and providing training for NALP designation candidates. As Director of Marketing for Amp Residential, I am surrounded by association leaders that encourage participation and vigorously support the Associations in all the markets we do business. I feel that my years of experience and extensive knowledge of the Metro Detroit Market, along with my Marketing abilities will help the DMAA continue to grow into an active and helpful partner to its members. Denise Jenkins - MHT/Continental Management LLC Position: Community Manager

I love the apartment association, and I recognized the immense value that the DMAA presents to the industry. Patrina Smith - Continental ManagementMy name is Patrina Smith, and I a regional manager with Continental Management with over 15 years’ experience in the industry. I enjoy working in the property management industry because it continues to teach and challenge me daily. Currently, I serve on the Membership and NEXT GEN committees. I have two events that I participate in that are enjoying to me the book club and the general membership meetings where I chat with friends, meet new members networking with vendors.
I would be a good fit for the DMAA because one I believe in the what the DMAA stands for. I am a dedicated member of the DMAA and that will continue if I am selected as a board member. I understand that as a board member I must be supportive, respectful of all opinions, and dedicate my time which I will do. I look forward to working with such a great diverse group of individuals. I have become a better leader, met new vendors and friends all due to the various classes and networking opportunities offered by the DMAA, and I look forward to assisting the DMAA move our industry forward.
