DMAA Member Services Program
The DMAA Member Services Program is a group of Property Professional and Business Partner members who provide information, mentoring, and support for new members of the Association. Attendance at DMAA functions will help promote the benefits of the organization to potential and new members. Becoming an Member Services representative opens an opportunity to connect with other individuals on a professional basis. Member Services representatives are a crucial link between the DMAA and its members and help foster an active business environment.
The mission of the DMAA Member Services Program is to increase retention of new and existing members. Using communication and training, representatives will help increase awareness of the Association. Through promotion and participation, new and potential members will realize the benefits offered by becoming a dedicated member of the Detroit Metropolitan Apartment Association.
