What is the Detroit Metropolitan Apartment Association (DMAA)?

DMAA is a non-profit trade association for the apartment industry in Oakland, Wayne, Macomb, Lapeer and St. Clair counties. DMAA offers legislative support, professional development through education programs, and excellent networking opportunities.

 

Will I be a member of the Property Management Association of Michigan (PMAM) and the National Apartment Association (NAA)?

Yes, a DMAA membership supplies you with a membership to both the Property Management Association of Michigan and the National Apartment Association.

 

What are the DMAA dues?

The membership dues for the DMAA are as follows:

  • Management Company: Free with enrollment of Property
  • Individual Apartment Community: $75+ $2.06 per unit*
  • Business Partner: $350*

Membership dues can be calculated on our Become a Member page.
*DMAA membership dues renew on an annual basis. After January 31st all new member dues are pro-rated for the remainder of the year.

 

Are DMAA members eligible for business-to-business discounts?

DMAA members receive a discounted rate on education programs, advertising and membership meetings, as well as, some business partners offer member only discounts.
