Thank you for your interest in joining the Detroit Metropolitan Apartment Association (DMAA).
The DMAA's diverse membership includes owners, managers and business partners within the multifamily industry in the Metro Detroit area. Membership with the DMAA gives your company the access to cutting edge resources, state-of-the-art education and a variety of networking opportunities. DMAA membership also automatically provides membership with the Property Management Association of Michigan (PMAM) and the National Apartment Association (NAA) at no additional cost. |

The Membership Dues for the DMAA are as follows:
*DMAA membership dues renew on an annual basis. After March 31st new member dues are pro-rated for the remainder of the year.

- Management Company: Free with enrollment of managed communities
- Individual Apartment Community: $75 + $2.06 per unit*
- Independent Rental Owner (IRO): $75 + $2.25 per unit*
- Business Partner: $350*
