Danielle Domonique Hargro is the Founder and CEO of Green Maids of Detroit, an eco-friendly cleaning and staffing company serving Metro Detroit since 2013. With a team of more than 30 employees, Danielle has built a company known for delivering high-quality cleaning services and staffing solutions for residential properties, schools, hotels, and large-scale manufacturing and automotive clients. Under her leadership, Green Maids has developed well-dialed processes that ensure consistency, safety, and professionalism across every contract.
In addition to Green Maids, Danielle is the creator of Breathe Green Detroit, a signature line of eco-friendly room sprays and scent products designed to bring nature-inspired fragrances into homes and businesses. Her entrepreneurial vision combines innovation, sustainability, and community impact, making her a respected leader in Detroit’s small business ecosystem.
Danielle is also the founder of the Shine Anyway Foundation, which empowers young girls, supports young moms, and leads acts of kindness throughout Detroit. She serves on the planning committee at her church and is passionate about giving back through outreach and service.
