Wendy Sherman brings more than a decade of experience in community association management and insurance, with deep expertise in property claims, risk management, and policy procedures. She holds several respected industry designations, including CMCA, CIRMS, CAS, and CPIA, reflecting her dedication to professional excellence and continued learning.
Beyond her professional achievements, Wendy’s heart for service shines through. Since 2019, she has volunteered as a Therapy Dog Handler with Custom Care Home Health & Hospice and serves as an Assistant Stage Manager with Kensington Community Church—roles that highlight her compassion, leadership, and commitment to building community.
If elected to the DMAA Board, Wendy’s focus will be on:
