Owen Caine is the Assistant Vice President, Federal Legislative Affairs at the National Apartment Association (NAA), working with a team of federal lobbyists, government relations experts and policy wonks to represent the interests of the rental housing industry, serving 141 state, local and global affiliates, over 95,000 members and more than 12.5 million apartment homes globally. Owen works closely with Congress and the Executive Branch to relay guidance and propose solutions to help ease and solve the housing crisis issues in this country. Owen’s 20+ year career has included work in political campaigning, as a Congressional staffer and extensive time lobbying for trade associations at the local, state, national and international levels. Owen has his Undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California (Fight On Trojans!) and his Master's in Public Policy from George Washington University. Owen lives in VA with his dog, Buster.
