NAA Assembly of Delegates 2026

Event Details

The Assembly of Delegates (AOD) is composed of up to two hundred and fifty (250) delegates from the NAA’s ten regions. AOD is NAA’s largest business meeting of the year, where all NAA and NAAEI Boards, committees, and Task Forces meet, and the new incoming volunteer leadership is installed.

The 2026 Assembly of Delegates meeting will take place in-person at the Loews Hotel in Kansas City, MO. 

Pre-Registration to the 2026 Assembly of Delegates is complimentary for all attendees. Registration includes all NAA/NAAEI committee meetings, the Chair's Welcome Reception, and the Post Installation Reception. The Installation Dinner is a paid ticketed event.

NAA Refund Policy: Cancellation requests must be received in writing. Requests received on or before October 9, 2026 are entitled to 100% refund less a $25 administration fee for tickets purchased. After October 9, 2026, there will be no refunds. Refunds will not be issued on unused tickets.
