- Education Credit Packages for Property Management Companies: Exclusively for management companies, you can now use your flexible sponsorship dollars to prepay for DMAA education. Earn year-round sponsor recognition while investing in NAA credentials, certifications (EPA, CPO, CAMT), fair housing, and maintenance training.
- Annual Sponsor Digital Badges: Every annual sponsor receives an official DMAA digital badge/logo to showcase their partnership on their own website and marketing materials.

How the Program Works: Visibility + Flexible Spend
Every annual sponsorship tier consists of two parts: a Required Visibility Package and Flexible Spend dollars that you allocate however you choose.

1. Your Required Visibility Component
Every package starts with your presence in the DMAA online directory. Your Enhanced Directory listing gives supplier partners and management companies prioritized placement on dmaa.net and includes your company logo, organizational overviews, executive bios, social media integration, professional contact photos, and interactive photo and video galleries.
The Platinum Visibility Package includes the Enhanced Directory plus category exclusivity, premium linked placement on the dmaa.net homepage, your logo on DMAA staff communications (email signatures and Zoom backgrounds), and display on the I-96 marquee for the Trade Show.
2. Your Flexible Spend: Choose How You Invest
There are no rigid bundles required for the rest of your commitment. You build the remainder of your package by applying your flexible spending dollars toward any combination of DMAA events, education, and sponsorship opportunities that align with your goals:
- General Membership Meetings: Get in front of the membership all year with packages that include meeting tickets, table signage, recognition on marketing materials, and the ability to place company swag and advertising at tables.
- Education & Property Management Company Credit Packages: Supplier partners can sponsor our classroom and statewide courses, place logos on student name tents, or sponsor the Designee Luncheon. Property management companies can use their flexible spend to prepay for education credits good toward NAA designations, certifications (EPA, CPO, CAMT), fair housing, and maintenance classes while earning year-round sponsor recognition.
- Trade Show (Must be a registered exhibitor): Stand out on the show floor by sponsoring attendee lanyards, name tags, or the bar. New for 2027, you can also sponsor the registration booth, business card holders, or the attendee hospitality lounge.
- Signature Networking & Social Events: Put your company front and center at our biggest gatherings of the year, including the Spring Event, the annual Golf Outing (with options for golf foursomes, hole sponsorships, beverage carts, and meals), the Holiday Party, and our Quarterly Book Club.
