What You’ll Be Doing
  • Oversee daily operations of a 344-unit community - 120 units are on a HAP contract and 224 units are conventional market rate.
  • Lead, coach, and develop an on-site team
  • Ensure compliance with HUD, Section 8, MAM and Fair Housing regulations
  • Manage budgets, expenses, and NOI performance
  • Drive occupancy while maintaining strong resident relationships
  • Partner with maintenance leadership to protect and improve the asset
  • Represent Monarch’s values on site—professional, fair, and people-focused

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven Property Manager experience 5 + years 
  • HUD / Affordable Housing experience is required 
  • Able to pass a soft credit review
