What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee daily operations of a 344-unit community - 120 units are on a HAP contract and 224 units are conventional market rate.
- Lead, coach, and develop an on-site team
- Ensure compliance with HUD, Section 8, MAM and Fair Housing regulations
- Manage budgets, expenses, and NOI performance
- Drive occupancy while maintaining strong resident relationships
- Partner with maintenance leadership to protect and improve the asset
- Represent Monarch’s values on site—professional, fair, and people-focused
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Property Manager experience 5 + years
- HUD / Affordable Housing experience is required
- Able to pass a soft credit review
