 Vicki's Bio: 

With a career beginning in 1978, Vicki Miller has cultivated decades of expertise in property and cooperative housing management, rising from groundskeeper to Regional Property Manager. Her professional journey reflects a deep commitment to excellence, continuous growth, and leadership in managing teams, training staff, and guiding communities to success.

  David's Bio:

David Gerchak has over 33 years of experience in the property management industry and currently serves as the Executive Vice President of First Housing Corporation. He is actively involved in industry leadership and education, serving on the Education Committees for both the Detroit Metropolitan Apartment Association (DMAA) and the Property Management Association of Mid-Michigan (PMAMM). David is a current member of the PMAMM Board of Directors and a past President of the organization. He has also served on the National Apartment Association's (NAA) Affordable Housing Board and the Board of Directors for the West Michigan chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
